I was really impressed with the value for my money-the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the train station, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The breakfast could have offered more vegetarian options.

I have stayed in a double room with a firm bed, free WiFi, a hot water heater for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and amicable. The location of the hotel was great - at a medium distance from Ripley's Believe it or Not...

I was really frustrated with the super early 10am checkout. After a long day, it felt rushed, especially since we couldn't even check in until 3pm. It made our final morning way too stressful. Not cool at all.

This hotel is a great find! Just a 2-minute walk from the station, it's super convenient. The value is fantastic, with cozy rooms equipped with all the essentials—think yukata pajamas, a rentable smartphone, and plenty of coffee and tea. Breakfast is excellent, offering both Japanese and Western options that are delicious and plentiful. Plus, there's even a hot water heater and free wifi!

The beds were a bit small and the hotel feels a bit old.

Staying at newnagano next was great! It has a very convenient location close to the station. The attentive breakfast staff made our mornings enjoyable, and we loved the good mix of japanese and western options. A nice touch was the complimentary bottled water in the room, which we appreciated!
